Sylvester Stallone, known for his larger-than-life roles in Rocky and Rambo, has offered the public a rare peek inside his new $35.375 million Palm Beach estate, following his departure from California. After selling his sprawling Hidden Hills property in 2023, Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin found a home in Florida that offered more than just grandeur—it offered comfort, warmth, and heart.

A Personal and Inviting Home
In an August 2025 feature for Veranda, Stallone revealed the journey that led him and Flavin to the stunning 2014 property in Palm Beach. Unlike the monumental post-pandemic homes they encountered during their search, this home immediately captured their hearts with its balance of luxury and livability. “Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm,” Stallone reflected. “You felt like you were in a hotel lobby.”

But their new home—boasting soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and a lakeside view—was different. The space was not only perfect for Stallone’s art collection but also for the couple’s everyday life with their children and pets.

Jennifer Flavin, Stallone’s wife of 28 years, emphasized that their home was designed for practicality and comfort. “We have three dogs, a cat, and lots of children—nothing we own is precious. Our family is precious,” Flavin said, capturing the spirit of their sanctuary.

Interior Design with Martyn Lawrence Bullard
The Stallones worked with renowned interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who has worked with the family before in California. Bullard’s design philosophy is to craft spaces that reflect the personality of the homeowners, and for Stallone, that meant focusing on durable beauty. The home features custom furnishings with plush proportions and performance fabrics, designed to withstand family life and lively gatherings.

One key feature of the home is Stallone’s curated art collection, which is far from static. “I consider it like a wardrobe,” Stallone said, referring to his habit of rotating paintings to keep his collection fresh and inspiring. The home’s art includes pieces by prominent artists like Picasso and Rashid Johnson, seamlessly blending with the rest of the interior.

A Tour of the Palm Beach Estate
In an exclusive video for Veranda, Bullard guides viewers through the art-filled hallway, showcasing a luminous corridor with natural light flooding the space. On one side, deep crimson and black abstract panels draw the eye, while opposite, a set of more subdued, grid-like pieces offer a quieter contrast. At the end of the hallway, a dynamic portrait by George Condo stands out as a focal point.

Moving into the dining room, Bullard highlights a striking 14-foot high-gloss lacquered table in vivid cobalt blue, specially designed for entertaining. The space is enhanced by oversized windows framing the pool and manicured backyard, while bold chain-link pendant lights hang above the table.
A Personal Touch
Beyond the opulence, Bullard shared glimpses of more intimate spaces within the estate, including a screening room adorned with memorabilia from Rocky and Rambo. In one photo, Stallone’s collection of movie memorabilia—including the original script for Rocky and the iconic red boxing robe from Rambo—is displayed on floor-to-ceiling wooden shelves, offering a personal tribute to his legendary career.
The design is both grand and deeply personal, reflecting Stallone’s journey, achievements, and the life he shares with his family. From intimate corners to spacious galleries, the Palm Beach estate serves as a testament to the actor’s reinvention and enduring legacy.
Stallone’s California Departure
Stallone’s transition from California to Florida came after selling his Hidden Hills mansion in 2023. The sprawling estate, which he sold for $17.2 million—below the asking price of $22.5 million—featured over 10,000 square feet of living space, a guesthouse, and even equestrian facilities. The Hidden Hills property was a prized gem but has now been replaced with the more serene, art-centric Palm Beach estate.
For Stallone and Flavin, the move to Florida symbolizes a fresh chapter. The Palm Beach home provides not just a space for their art collection but also a welcoming environment for their family to grow and thrive.
