The White House identifies Virginia Giuffre as the alleged victim mentioned in recently released Epstein documents. The victim, who spent hours with Donald Trump, had previously denied any wrongdoing on his part.
In a recent revelation, the White House has disclosed the name of the alleged Jeffrey Epstein victim who reportedly “spent hours” with Donald Trump. This disclosure comes amid ongoing investigations and the release of Epstein-related documents by the Oversight Committee.
Epstein, a financier with connections to high-profile figures, was arrested in 2019 on charges of sex trafficking. He was found dead in his jail cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan while awaiting trial. The circumstances surrounding his death remain controversial, with many speculating about potential foul play. Epstein’s arrest and death brought renewed attention to his associations with several prominent individuals, including Trump.
While the former president has denied any involvement in Epstein’s crimes, the recent release of documents from the Oversight Committee has sparked further speculation. The newly released files include emails in which Epstein referred to Trump and mentioned a victim known only as ‘Victim 1,’ claiming she had spent hours with the former president.

Virginia Giuffre Identified as Victim 1
The White House has since confirmed that ‘Victim 1’ is Virginia Giuffre, a woman who had previously accused Epstein of trafficking her when she was 17. However, in a statement, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphasized that Giuffre had never accused Trump of any wrongdoing. Giuffre herself stated in interviews before her death that she had no recollection of any inappropriate conduct from Trump during their interactions.
Leavitt strongly criticized the release of the emails, accusing the Democrats of selectively leaking information to create a false narrative intended to damage Trump’s reputation. She added, “Giuffre repeatedly said that President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing and that he was ‘couldn’t have been friendlier’ to her.”
The Epstein Connection and the Latest Documents
The documents released by the Oversight Committee include several emails from 2011, in which Epstein communicated with Ghislaine Maxwell, another key figure in Epstein’s criminal activities. In one email, Epstein reportedly said, “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is Trump,” referring to the former president. He also mentioned an unnamed victim who spent hours with Trump, yet Epstein claimed the former president had never been implicated in any scandals.

Giuffre’s tragic death in April 2023, at the age of 41, has drawn further attention to her life and her accusations. Before her passing, she authored Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, a book recounting her experiences as an alleged victim of Epstein’s trafficking network. Giuffre was one of the most outspoken voices in the fight for justice, also accusing British royal Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, allegations which he has continually denied.
A Continued Public Debate
As the investigation into Epstein’s activities continues, the new release of documents has reopened debates about the involvement of public figures, including Trump, in Epstein’s crimes. However, Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing, and as of now, no formal accusations have been made against him.
Giuffre’s story, as tragic as it is, remains a key part of the ongoing discussions about sexual trafficking, abuse of power, and the connections between influential individuals in global circles.
