Erika Kirk, wife of Charlie Kirk, appeared on his podcast to announce plans for The Charlie Kirk Show and Turning Point USA after his tragic killing earlier this month.
Erika Kirk has made a rare and emotional public appearance on The Charlie Kirk Show following the tragic death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA.
Charlie was killed on September 10 while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University. The FBI later confirmed the arrest of 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who has since been charged with Kirk’s murder.
A massive memorial service was held on September 21, drawing more than 60,000 people, including President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance. Erika gave a powerful tribute during the service, reflecting on her husband’s life and faith.

Erika’s Major Announcement
On September 26, Erika hosted a special episode of The Charlie Kirk Show. She reassured listeners that the program will continue with a new rotating format featuring different conservative voices.
“The Charlie Kirk Show is not going anywhere,” she said. “My husband’s voice will live on. The show will go on… It is going to be continually the north star of the conservative movement, of the voice of the youth, of the voice of the base, and that will not end.”
She laughed while recalling memories of Charlie, including when her mother once told him he was his generation’s Rush Limbaugh — a compliment that inspired him to expand his platform in 2019.
Future of Turning Point USA
Erika also confirmed that Turning Point USA’s American Comeback Tour will continue visiting college campuses across the nation.
“Turning Point is going full steam ahead, faster than I could ever dream of,” she said. “We’ll never be silenced… My husband’s voice will go on.”
Emotional Tribute at Memorial
During her speech at the memorial, Erika described seeing Charlie’s body after the shooting. She said doctors told her his passing was instantaneous and painless:
“I saw on his lips the faintest smile. It told me something important — a great mercy from God. There was no pain, no fear, no agony. One moment, Charlie was doing what he loved… then he blinked and saw his Savior in paradise.”
Her words brought comfort to supporters and reinforced her commitment to continuing his mission.
