Pastor Claims to Know Date of Jesus’ Return
For centuries, Christians have believed in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, though the Bible does not give a specific date. Now, a pastor has claimed he was given the exact timeline in a vision.
Pastor Joshua Mhlakela said in an interview that Jesus appeared to him and revealed when the rapture and Second Coming would take place.
The Vision and Dates Revealed
According to Mhlakela, Jesus told him the rapture will occur on September 23–24, 2025. This event, described in Christian teachings, is when believers will be taken to heaven while others remain on Earth.
The pastor warned that the aftermath would bring “chaos, destruction, and devastation”, lasting for seven years. He even suggested that global events such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup would not take place.
He also claimed Jesus revealed a second date:
September 15, 2032 — when Jesus will return to Earth as king.
Biblical Background
The belief in Jesus’ return is rooted in several books of the Bible. In Acts of the Apostles, it says:
“This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
Other scriptures in Mark, Matthew, and Luke describe the return as “personal, visible, and glorious.”
