Journalist Megyn Kelly calls Blake Lively a ‘narcissistic bully’ after being allegedly subpoenaed over her coverage of the actress’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni. Learn more about the feud and legal drama.
American journalist Megyn Kelly has made scathing remarks about actress Blake Lively after allegedly being subpoenaed in connection with Lively’s ongoing lawsuit against her former co-star, Justin Baldoni.

The legal battle between Lively and Baldoni has been widely publicized, with rumors circulating that the two did not get along on the set of their movie It Ends With Us. Shortly after the film’s release, Lively filed a lawsuit accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and claiming that he and his team orchestrated a “smear campaign” against her. Baldoni has denied the allegations, and in response, he filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and The New York Times. However, the case was dismissed by a judge in June.
Amid the ongoing drama, journalist Megyn Kelly came into the spotlight after she allegedly leaked a voice note from Baldoni. In the recording, Baldoni recounts a premiere event where he claims Lively had him sent to the basement, away from the rest of the cast. Kelly, who reportedly obtained the audio, claims that Lively later subpoenaed her as part of her legal fight.

In a fiery rant, Kelly criticized Lively, describing her as a “narcissistic bully” and “brat.” Kelly also accused the actress of trying to seize “confidential and proprietary materials” related to her stories, alleging that Lively couldn’t comprehend that Kelly’s negative coverage was based on her own observations. “Blake Lively actually thinks I needed to get paid by Baldoni’s team to say negative things about her,” Kelly said, emphasizing that her distaste for the actress was entirely her own. “It was you — it was all you who made me unable to stand you.”
Despite the dramatic back-and-forth, Kelly claims she fought the subpoena and won, meaning she was not required to hand over the requested documents. However, Lively’s team denies the entire situation, with her representatives telling US Weekly that Kelly was never actually subpoenaed. “At no point in this litigation has Ms. Lively served a subpoena on Megyn Kelly,” the spokesperson said. They also reaffirmed that Lively is still pursuing legal action to prove her claims of retaliation by Baldoni and others connected to the film.
The public feud continues to unfold, with Kelly and Lively exchanging accusations over the legal battle that has captivated the entertainment world.
