Donna Kelce unintentionally shared a controversial post about Taylor Swift after her son Travis Kelce’s engagement announcement, sparking mixed reactions online.
Travis Kelce’s mother, Donna, recently made headlines after accidentally sharing a controversial post about Taylor Swift. The post, which referenced Swift needing to “breed” with Kelce, was linked to comedian Leanne Morgan’s Instagram video discussing Swift’s desire to have children.

This came shortly after Kelce and Swift confirmed their engagement with a series of heartfelt photos, one showing Kelce proposing to Swift in a garden full of flowers. Another image featured Swift proudly displaying her engagement ring, with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
However, the excitement quickly took a turn when Donna Kelce accidentally reposted Morgan’s Instagram video. In the clip, Morgan joked, “It’s time for her to want to have a baby and she wants to bread with that big ol’ Kelce boy.” The video, which some found inappropriate, was quickly deleted by Donna, but not before fans caught wind of the repost.

Fans on social media were quick to react. Some criticized the post for perpetuating outdated stereotypes about women and their role in childbearing. One person on Reddit wrote, “It’s 2025, can we move on from forcing archaic mindsets on women?”
Others defended Donna, recognizing that social media mistakes happen, especially when reposting content. One user noted, “It’s super easy to repost by hitting one button. I’ve done it by accident more than once.”
Despite the mishap, Donna Kelce has expressed her admiration for her son’s relationship with Swift. She previously shared that she believed the two were a perfect match, describing Swift as kind and generous, just like her son. Donna even commented that she hopes they’re enjoying their time together.
